"Domino
Kings" in Washington Park!
Sunday June 24th at 6 pm
Another summer is upon us and The Midtown Neighborhood Association will
kick off the 7th year of "Concerts in Washington Park" With
national recording artists "The Domino Kings"
The Domino Kings are the rockin’est country combo in the Midwest
and prominent purveyors of a thriving Missouri roots-music sound. Led
by master guitar twang- banger Stevie Newman, they garnered much praise
for the four CDs they cut between 1999 and 2005 — "Lonesome
Highway", "Life & 20", "The Back of Your Mind"
and "Some Kind of Sign” — from critics at such publications
as USA Today, The Washington Post, Billboard, and Entertainment Weekly.
